Founded by Scoundrels

Discover the famous frontier trading post. It started in 1869, when American fur traders brought a wagon full of whiskey and other trade goods north. They established a stocktrade, later known as Fort Whoop-Up, and made a ton of money before the Mounties showed up in 1874. Today, the fort still trades with the Blackfoot tribes of Southern Alberta, supplying many traditional goods, hides and other items. You will see what life in a trading post was like, along with fantastic firearms and plains tribe artifact collections.
